funcionalidades que nos ayudan a la gesti\u00f3n de las <strong>cuentas por cobrar<\/strong> es el <strong>L\u00edmite de Cr\u00e9dito para Clientes<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Si trabajamos dando cr\u00e9dito a nuestros clientes, es importante poder establecer un <em><strong>l\u00edmite<\/strong><\/em> hasta el cu\u00e1l podemos llegar sin recibir el importo de la venta.<\/p><p>Este <strong>l\u00edmite<\/strong> puede, y debe en algunos casos, ser diferente en cada cliente, ya que depende de muchos factores <em>(volumen de compra, antig\u00fcedad, etc.).<\/em><\/p><p>En esta gu\u00eda, aprenderemos paso a paso <em><strong>c\u00f3mo configurar el l\u00edmite de cr\u00e9dito<\/strong><\/em> dentro del <a href=\"https:\/\/zevensa.com\/versiones-sistema-facturacion-electronica-ecuador\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>Sistema de Facturaci\u00f3n Electr\u00f3nica<\/strong><\/a> de <a elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"b84ee63\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Cuando se <strong>crea un nuevo cliente<\/strong>, este, nace con<strong> cr\u00e9dito ilimitado<\/strong>. Esto significa que el programa <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">no har\u00e1 ning\u00fan control<\/span> en fase de <strong>emisi\u00f3n de una factura<\/strong>.<\/p><p>Para poder establecer un <strong>l\u00edmite de cr\u00e9dito<\/strong>, es suficiente indicarlo en la ficha del cliente.<\/p><p>Para fijar un <strong>l\u00edmite,<\/strong> abriremos la <strong>ficha del cliente<\/strong> al que deseamos establecer el <strong>l\u00edmite.<\/strong><\/p><p>Presionamos el bot\u00f3n <strong><em>Editar Cliente<\/em><\/strong> en la ventana principal del programa y en la secci\u00f3n que se nos propone, seleccionamos el cliente mediante un <em>doble clic<\/em>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-816fa60 Cr\u00e9dito<\/strong><\/em> escribimos la cifra <strong><em>m\u00e1xima<\/em><\/strong> que permitiremos al cliente.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element <strong>valor,<\/strong> la pr\u00f3xima vez que se intente realizar una factura, sea \u00e9sta por <strong>c\u00f3digos<\/strong> o de <a href=\"https:\/\/quike.it\/es\/emitir-una-factura-de-servicio\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em><strong>servicio,<\/strong><\/em><\/a> el programa, antes de registrarla, har\u00e1 un control entre el <strong>l\u00edmite de cr\u00e9dito<\/strong> y los valores adeudados por el cliente, compar\u00e1ndolos con la <strong>factura<\/strong> que se intenta <strong>emitir.<\/strong><\/p><p>En el caso que estamos mostrando en las <a href=\"https:\/\/quike.it\/es\/como-hacer-la-captura-de-pantalla-en-windows\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>capturas de pantalla<\/strong><\/a>, hemos fijado un limite de <strong>$<\/strong> <strong>2760.00.<\/strong><\/p><p>Para ver el valor que nos adeuda el cliente, nos dirigimos a la pesta\u00f1a\u00a0 <strong>Facturas <\/strong>en donde podemos apreciar que tiene <em><strong>facturas<\/strong><\/em> no pagadas por un valor de <strong>$ 1736.59.<\/strong><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element rel=\"noopener\"><strong>elaboramos<\/strong> <strong>la<\/strong> <\/a><strong>factura de servicio, <\/strong>desde el momento en que elegimos el cliente, el programa nos indica el <strong>limite de cr\u00e9dito<\/strong>, y el valor utilizado por el cliente hasta el momento.<\/p><p>De ese modo, <strong>visualmente<\/strong> tenemos ya una <strong>panor\u00e1mica<\/strong> de la <strong>situaci\u00f3n<\/strong> del <strong>cliente.<\/strong><\/p><p>Procederemos a <strong>elaborar la factura<\/strong> agregando valores, y en nuestro caso, realizaremos una <strong>factura<\/strong> por un importo que supere el <strong>limite de cr\u00e9dito establecido<\/strong>.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section Se nos muestra adem\u00e1s el valor por el cual el l\u00edmite es superado.<\/p><p>A este punto, hay que decidir si continuar con la emisi\u00f3n del documento o documento a pesar de que se sobrepase el <strong>l\u00edmite<\/strong> establecido, funciona solo cuando se est\u00e1 trabajando con usuario de tipo <em><strong>administrador.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-b68e20d elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"b68e20d\" <strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">que la factura sea registrada<\/span><\/strong>.<\/p><p>En el <strong><em>mensaje<\/em><\/strong> se le indica al usuario que solo un usuario del tipo administrador puede emitir la factura para un cliente que supera el <strong>limite<\/strong> establecido.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-50 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-0cde213\" data-id=\"0cde213\" data-element_type=\"column\" data-e-type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div
